On behalf of the contractor we managed the demolition and remediation of this site to prepare it for a residential development. Our work helped our client act in accordance with the remediation method statement agreed with the Environment Agency and the Local Authority.
- We managed and coordinated the demolition contractor, utility companies and other interested parties.
- We excavated and processed concrete and brick foundations to meet criteria for re-use on site.
- We provided a verified clean soil capping layer for the garden areas.
